Single screen changers are used for filtering for normal capacity production lanes

Screen changers are used for filtering contaminants in the melt that can damage the pelletizer cutting heads and deteriorate the quality of the final granule. They are equipped with the latest technology and are made of hardened special steel, so that they can work for years even in difficult conditions.

– Depending on the capacity of the extruder, screen changers with different diameters are used.

– A pressure sensor on the screen changer provides an alarm system to warn the operator to change or clean the filter.

– The sieve can be made between Ø150 mm and Ø500 mm

– The filter plate has 4 heating cartridges.

– Special hardened surface welding 58 – 60 HRC

– The filter is mounted on a separate cart for easy transportation.

– There is a hydraulic unit.

– Easy to use control panel.

– The external surface heaters are fully insulated with high quality ceramic.
