SECOND STAGE EXTRUDER
SECOND -stage extruder machine works as a machine coupled with the continuation of the current extruder. The main reason for preferring this machine in the production of heavily printed plastics or in cases where it is difficult to remove the harmful gasses from the molten plastics is the best granule solution.
The extruder melts the materials through a thick-walled pipe with thermal insulation with heating from the top directly into the extruder inlet of the second stage, which consists of thermal insulation with heating. Once exposed to air, the molten plastic cools down to a certain degree until it enters the extruder opening, and the gas escapes very easily.
The SECOND -Stage extruder machine, screw and barrel diameter and aspect ratio has been designed and manufactured with the latest technology, in accordance with the screw and barrel diameter and aspect ratio and the capacity of the existing extruder machine in the production line.
– The screw and barrel are made of DIN 8550 and DIN 4140 materials, and the screw is specially hard welded to extend the service life of the screw. Besides, the screw and barrel are heat treated and specially hardened.
– Speed control is achieved by synchronizing the front engine, which controls the main screw of the two-stage extruder machine.
– Ceramic heating elements, insulated covers and inverters help save power and shorten the machine’s initial operating time. It is also possible to keep different areas at different temperature level by the blowers with the heater.
– The control panel can be operated with PLC or manually.
