AGGLOMERATION

Although the plastic has been washed, cleaned, and dewatered, it is still somewhat moist. This agglomeration machine removes the remaining moisture from the material and at the same time performs a size reduction process that prepares the material for extrusion. The friction of the rotating and fixed blades creates heat and condensation in the machine. This condensation makes the material dry and ready for the extrusion process.

– Depending on the capacity, the diameter of the agglomeration opening produced is between Ø800mm – Ø1600mm

– They are made of high strength steel and welded by gas metal arc welding process.

– Capacity between 100 kg/h-1000 kg/h.

– There is 1 rotating pallet with blades and fixed blades inside the machine body.

– Upon customer request, the inside of the tank can be made of AISI-304 stainless steel material.

– Blades are made of high quality DIN -1.2379 material and hardened to 58 HRC with special heat treatment.

– This specially designed model facilitates the change of bearings and belts.

– The cover of the material outlet opens pneumatically with a button located on the control panel of the agglomeration machine.
